Refund policy
Returns
Most Oretie products purchased on the Website may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the shipping confirmation date of your order and in accordance with our instructions. It is your responsibility to follow our instructions to best ensure that your Oretie purchase is returned to us in perfect condition. Except for any items that we agree to insure, we are not responsible for any lost returns.
Items sent for return:
Must be intact and in perfect condition,
If the jewelry contains a center diamond with a corresponding diamond certificate, the original certificate must be included,
The corresponding Oretie Jewelry Appraisal must be sent back as well.
Customers must send the item back within 7 days from the date they receive confirmation that the return is approved. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment at their own expense, including:
– All return shipping fees,
– Any applicable insurance costs,
– Proper packaging to protect the item during transit.
Oretie is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or misrouted return shipments.
Upon our receipt of your proper return, which Oretie may determine in its sole and reasonable discretion whether you are eligible for a refund, if so, you will receive a full refund in your original form of payment. Monetary refunds will only be processed while the return is in our possession, and cannot be issued once your order is out for shipping or if it’s on its way back to our office. Please allow approximately fourteen (14) business days for us to process your return.
Any custom-made Oretie orders, including engraved items, are not entitled to this return policy and are non-refundable. To ensure your complete satisfaction, Oretie will send you detailed photos and videos of the product before shipping. Please carefully inspect and confirm that the product meets all your requirements for design, size, material, etc. We will proceed with the shipment only after you are fully satisfied. Once you have confirmed, the product will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects verified by Oretie.
Discounted Items: Please note that items purchased at a discounted price are non-returnable. However, we offer complimentary design alteration services for these items, including resizing, engraving, and other minor adjustments. We encourage you to carefully check the product, size, and design before making your purchase.
